Runway & Heirloom sells digital downloads. Every order is placed, paid for and delivered through our Etsy shop, which handles checkout and file delivery. These are the same policies shown on our Etsy storefront, published here in full.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

I DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because every item is delivered instantly as a digital file, orders cannot be returned or cancelled once the download is available. If anything is wrong with your order — a file will not open, a download link fails, the wrong item arrives — contact us and we will put it right.

Delivery

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Download your files from a web browser at Etsy.com — go to Purchases and Reviews and choose Download Files. The Etsy mobile app cannot download files. Etsy also emails a download link from transaction@etsy.com.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Sellers don't receive your credit card information.

Runway & Heirloom never handles or stores your payment details. This website does not take payment; it links to our Etsy shop, where the purchase is completed.

Licence & Use

Artwork is sold for personal use only. Print it as often as you like for your own home, office or as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, or print them to sell as a product, in any form.
